Haines Hotel Project | Unit 4C
In my last post, I introduced the Haines Hotel Project and the first Airbnb apartment I designed, Unit 3C. For my client, Royal Square Development & Construction, I created a base design that could be repeated in future units, with the art, accessories and color schemes customized to add a distinct personality and vibe to each space. Whereas Unit 3C was a bit more warm, layered and bohemian, I styled Unit 4C to pack more of a graphic punch with retro artwork, pattern mixing and bold shots of vibrant green, orange, mustard and teal.
I absolutely love the way this unit turned out! Step inside and I'll give you the tour...

To finish off the apartment, I used a mix of vintage, new and handmade items from local shops here in York, plus pieces from my own collection Thrifted by SSDC. Here's a quick rundown!
Redeux Marketplace - 113 S. Duke Street | wooden tray, colorful crochet afghan
Revolt Style Studio - 24 N. Beaver Street | hand stitched PA state banner with grey tassel
Finders Keepers - 2811 E. Prospect Road | rose quartz candle holder
Ross - 2855 Concord Road | Woven basket, grey fleece throw blanket, starburst object
Thrifted by SSDC | vintage National Geographic illustrated map/poster, vintage gardening book
The handpainted ceramic planter was made by my sister-in-law and was on loan from my home for the shoot, along with some of my favorite interior design coffee table books.
My new "The Key to My Heart/Wifi Password" Art Print is currently available at Revolt Style Studio at 24 N. Beaver Street or as a printable download, here.
And lastly, if you are traveling to York Pennsylvania this year for business (or pleasure!), or if you're a local looking for accommodations to recommend to out of town guests, you can book this unit on Airbnb, right here!
